I started the day with something oldBanana, peanut butter and cinnamon oats with a drizzle of sugar-free maple syrup
This has been sitting my my pantry for awhile now (imagine that, a jar of peanut butter sitting in my kitchen untouched!) because I was scared it would have that gross fakey banana flavor. You know the one I’m talking about? Luckily, it didn’t. Actually the banana flavor was so subtle I hardly even noticed it.
After a morning full of classes and my new “Rolling Hills” workout, I came home to a late, but worth the wait lunch of cheese, hummus, avocado and spinach between two pieces of bread.
It was deliciously messy.
Class, homework and other collegely duties filled up the rest of the day, while this filled my tummy for dinner.
And there you have it, “What I Ate Wednesday”! Short and sweet.
