Weekend Waffles

Weekend were meant to be enjoyed, and what better way to enjoy them that with a waffle breakfast?
This morning, my uncle offered to make breakfast, so we put him to work in the kitchen with a package of Pamela’s Baking & Pancake Mix.
This was a new product to all of us, but it was an instant hit! Even thought the mix was gluten and wheat free, the waffles turned out light and fluffy on the inside, and cripsy on the outside…just like a waffle should be! The flavor was slightly sweet and buttery, and went perfectly with the fresh blackberries that my uncle added to the mix. The mix, which only required eggs and oil to make, can be used to make not only waffles and pancakes, but it can also be used in breads cakes and muffins…the possibilities are endless!
And no good waffle is complete without a little real maple syrup straight out of Canada on top.
What, you don’t get your maple syrup out of a can?

After filling our tummies, my cousin and Maid of Honor, Natalie and I went dress shopping with my aunt. We were successful and found a few great MOH dress possibilities! Now there is just the challenge of choosing one!
